These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of moodboards (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Local-First Service
moodboards currently stores moodboard content locally in your browser. We do not provide cloud board sync or account-based storage for board content at this time.
User Responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Use only content you have rights to use.
- Maintain your own backups/exports before changing browsers, devices, or profiles.
- Understand that local browser storage can be cleared, limited, corrupted, or otherwise unavailable.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the App infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Use malware, automated abuse tooling, or other harmful code against the App.
Content Ownership
- Your content: You keep ownership of content you add to your boards.
- App content: The App software, branding, and related intellectual property belong to moodboards or its licensors.
Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through materials associated with the App, send a notice to hello@saradays.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The specific location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, moodboards is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of data, data corruption, deletion, inaccessibility, or failure to recover locally stored content.
- Service interruptions, export failures, browser/device issues, or storage quota limitations.
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities related to use of the App.
Your use of local browser storage features is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless moodboards and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
